Producing, direction, and overall making videos has truly always been a passion of mine, and now its so much fun to be doing it for my job. It really feels like I’m living a dream, and I’m not even sure how to wrap my head around it.

I will start with a little history. I remember my dad and granddaddy always had the big shoulder mounted video cameras – that I was NOT allowed to touch, but I always loved watching the videos later. Around 11 years old I decided I wanted one of my own, but of course they were expensive for an 11 year old. So I took to eBay to find one that wasn’t top of the line or brand new, but met my small needs. After so many lost bids(there was no “buy now” options back then) I finally got my video camera! I gathered all my close friends and we would spend our free time making mini movies that I directed. It’s so embarrassing going back and watching them now, but it holds such nice nostalgia. I recorded EVERYTHING use mindlessly talking, my animals laying around the house, football games, and everything in between. Where I really started having fun at was when I took my camera to prom and recorded everything. Afterwards, a lot of my friends asked if they could have copies what I captured. Knowing it was a lot of talking, shaky cam, and dead space. I decided to get my feet wet in the editing field. It turned out to be a major success! I sold 20 copies and turned a nice profit for a 16 year old doing what I loved.

Fast forward 8 years, I started into photography and really loving it still making videos on the side when I had time and good ideas. I had a bride as if I ever did wedding videos. At the time, I had very little experience, but was confident I could do it. Which is were I really realized what it’s like to do a job I truly love. Feeling very confident on my path I’ve decided to invest all my time and effort into wedding videography!
